Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By working with Frameflo (“we,” “our,” or “the studio”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who engage with our services, website, and delivered materials.
2. Scope of Services
Frameflo provides creative services including animation, motion design, video editing, 3D/CGI work, UGC-based visuals, branded content, and related digital production.
Specific deliverables, timelines, processes, and pricing will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Payments & Billing
Deposits: Most projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work.
Billing Cycle (retainers): Monthly retainers are billed upfront every 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices may result in paused work until payment is received.
Refunds: Due to the creative nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered once production has begun. Exceptions (if any) will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (as stated in your proposal).
Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur an extra fee.
Approval at each stage—such as script, storyboard, visuals, or animation—finalizes that stage and work will progress forward.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final delivered content as specified in their agreement.
Studio Ownership: Frameflo retains ownership of working files, project files, raw assets, source materials, and unused concepts unless explicitly purchased.
Any additional licensing or buy-outs will be outlined as needed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information, materials, and communications unless permission is granted in writing.
7. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates and may shift depending on client responsiveness, revisions, or unforeseen production challenges.
Delays in approvals or communication may extend delivery dates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In the event of termination, all completed work up to that point must be paid for, including any non-cancelable commitments made by Frameflo.
9. Liability
Frameflo is not liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
delays caused by third-party platforms, tools, or circumstances beyond our control
losses resulting from the misuse of delivered content
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the project.
10. Changes to Terms
Frameflo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website and will apply to all ongoing services.
